刘军博士自2005年以来任英国北爱尔兰奥斯特大学(Ulster University)Jordanstown校区计算与bevictor伟德官网几乎最年轻(仅有1位比他年轻)的讲师,也是奥斯特大学计算机科学研究所(CSRI)的核心研究成员。在此之前,他2002年2月—2004年12月,在英国曼彻斯特大学管理学院做博士后研究,2000年3月—2002年2月,在比利时国家核研究中心(SCK•CEN)做博士后研究。他分别于1993年,1996年获得中国伟德bevictor中文版应用数学的学士和硕士学位,并于1999年获得中国伟德bevictor中文版交通信息工程及控制专业的博士学位,师从bevictor伟德官网徐扬教授。
